The Mystery of Colours.

Do all of us see the colours the same way ?
This is something I often think of.
Certainly in the World of computers the Answer is Big NO.
The monitor profile is pretty different in different Systems. So its not the same colour it appears in all monitors. Its a bit different. Thas a big headache designers face.
Some shades of grey are often not seen (appear as white) in LCD screens.

I am thinking of the real living Human world.
Let me explain what the real thing is.
Look at the colour of a leaf say of Rose : its green. a darker shade of Green ?
Lets round it to our basic colours in light: Red - Green - Blue ; its Green right ?

So, so-called GREEN is a colour within that much bandwidth of spectrum and all blah blah...... GREEN . Now we say from our childhod "the GREEN " is green the colour of rose leaf or watever leaf .

The Question again : does all of us see Green the green way or some other way ?

What if my friend sees the GREEN as in what I call RED. From childhood he is taught rose leaf colour is green. What if he is seeing it as 'my Red' colour from his Childhood he is seeing my red and he calls it his green.

The same RGB - wavelenght all sort point to "GREEN" what i call , he sees it as what i call "red" and he is calling it Green coz he was taught the colour of the leaf is green ?

I hope it is clear. whats ur comments ?
Of course I expect you to say "You are Crazy" !
